Creating an account

By creating an account you will be able to shop faster and track your order once it has been placed. You can also create a wish-list and sign-up for our BITCHY newsletter packed with store news, events, promotions and shit hot style!

If you want to keep your fingers on the pulse on style news as it breaks then we suggest you join the BITCHY family by creating an account or signing-up for our RSS Blog feeds. We'll be bringing you the very best of street, club and festival style as well as interviews with Fashion's movers and shakers.

Payment

We currently accept payments from all major credit cards.

Delivery

We ship daily. You will be sent an email once your order has been despatched. Please be advised that customers are responsible for any local customs or duties incurred.

UK Orders

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, which means you will be required to sign for your delivery. You can expect to receive your item within 3 working days of despatch. You will receive the tracking number for your package in your Order Complete and Dispatched email. You can use this to track your package to ensure that you are home to accept delivery. Please be advised that we are unable to direct Royal Mail to leave your packages anywhere except with you after you have signed for it. Please also be aware that Bitching and Junkfood can not be held responsible for any delays incurred by Royal Mail.


If you are not at home when the delivery is made, you will be left a Royal mail calling card indicating which local Post Office your item has been delivered to. The package must be collected within 14 days with proof of ID otherwise it will be returned to our offices and your order will be refunded. Items returned to us can be re-delivered at your own cost. If we do not receive the order back, we cannot issue a refund.

International Orders

International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International signed For. Delivery times are 3 days for Western Europe and 4 days for Eastern Europe. Worldwide 5-7 days depending on your local services. You will be sent a tracking number in your Order Complete and Dispatched email – you can use this to track the delivery of your order and to ensure you are home to sign for your package. Should you be absent at the time of delivery you will be left a calling card by your postal service indicating which local Post Office or depot your item has been delivered to. Please pick the item up within the time-scale outlined, otherwise the delivery will be returned to Bitching and Junkfood in the UK. If this happens then your order will be refunded. Your order can be re-sent to you at your own cost. Please be advised that if we do not receive your order back to us, then we cannot issue a refund.

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

We go to great effort to describe and size all items correctly, however we do offer refunds to keep our BITCHY girls happy. If you wish to return an item please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of item stating that you wish to return your order. You must then return your order to us, at your own cost, within 14 days. We can only issue refunds on goods that are in the same condition as they were sent and with the original Bitching and Junkfood tag still attached.

Customers must send returns through recorded mail. Please be advised that if we do not receive the package, a refund cannot be issued, so it is in your best interest to use a traceable service.

If you wish to exchange your order for a different size, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of your order. If the size you require is unavailable, then you can return your order back to us and you will be issued with a refund.

It is possible to cancel an order, but only if it has not been dispatched. Please e-mail us ASAP if you wish to cancel your order and we will refund you the full amount paid. If the order has been dispatched already, then you will have to await the arrival of your order and return it to us at your own expense for a full refund.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all items are subject to availability. We do our best to ensure that everything listed on the website is in stock but there may be occasional instances in which the order is not available. In this case we will inform you ASAP via email and your order will be refunded.
